First, it IS true that you can level up and enjoy most of the story lines in this game. All content is F2P, but not all content can be easily beaten and farmed for rewards if you are F2P. Also, top gear can be faremd by running top dungeons… That was my mistake when i built my PC. You can't really future proof a PC but if you spend some money and you make sure the socket can support a few "higher" up ones as well, you may be good for a while.
